Standard delivery within the UK is £4.
Delivery within the UK should reach you within 2-4 working days. Occasionally orders do get stuck or lost in the post so we suggest that customers wait 7 days after ordering to get in contact with us if a parcel has gone missing. Please get in touch if you would like more information about delivery.
We only ever provide information essential to ensuring delivery of your items or fulfilling other important services for you. This may include providing contact information to the relevant courier to ensure the delivery of your order.
If you would like to return a product, please get in touch with us within 14 days of the date of receiving it and we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Please note that you will be liable for the cost of postage for returning your item. A refund will be processed within 7 working days on receipt of your item, less any delivery fees originally charged. We are unable to refund any customs fees.
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Damages & Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and replace it or refund the cost and your postage.
